Azur Lane Tier List

Azur Lane Tier List is incredibly important for players who want to have a good time with the game. A lot of people don’t know how to use it, and that’s understandable because there are many different things you can do about it, but hopefully, after reading this article you’ll be able to make more informed decisions about your own playstyle!

The first thing I want to talk about is what I call “Tier Lists.” This refers specifically to the list at the top of this page which ranks ships by their power levels, from highest rank (S) all the way down to lowest rank (D). It is important to note that these are the opinions of others, and as such, they may or may not reflect your own experiences. In order to better help you understand what different ranks mean for ships’ power levels, I’ll be going through each rank from highest to lowest below:

AL Tier- S List

This tier has a single member: Yamato. Yamato is head and shoulders above every other ship in this game due to her incredibly high stats, powerful special attack with an equally strong followup, and A slot skill that allows her to deal massive amounts of damage regardless of who she faces thanks to her already unrivalled firepower. Simply put, there is no one else quite like her.

AL Tier- C List

These ships are pretty middle of the road compared to others, having neither strengths nor weaknesses which make them stand out over the rest. They’re good for filling out mid-sized teams but aren’t particularly great in combat by themselves. This tier includes:

AL Tier- D List

These ships are regarded as the weakest in the game due to a mix of poor stats and a lack of utility compared to other members. While they may still be able to win against some lower tiers if played correctly, they won’t stand a chance at all against higher tiers which makes them pretty much useless when up against any opposition that actually knows what it’s doing. If you want to do well in any game modes which require fighting against other players, then these are the ships you should be avoiding. This tier includes:

  • Curacoa Retrofit
  • Mikasa
  • Fumiruiru
